Everything revolves around the fact that the essence of life lies in being present with ourselves. At times, we tend to learn more by surrounding ourselves with unknown circumstances. These situations help us become more intuitive and connected with our inner selves.
Recently, I had a realization: while it's important to look at milestones, achieving them requires us to keep breathing, take one step at a time, understand our psychology, believe in ourselves, and let go of the uncertainty principle. Be persistent. Ignore what others are rushing into or how far ahead they seem. Your journey is yours alone to complete—there's no point in relying on others to validate your pace. They might say, "We made it before you," or imply you're lagging behind, but that doesn't matter. Being slightly behind is fine when you've gathered wisdom and endurance over time to move forward without burning out.
A small step towards a micro-goal ultimately leads us to the macro-goal without exhausting ourselves. Life becomes more beautiful when you move one step at a time, and the universe responds by revealing the next step. Of course, you need resources—in terms of people and a supportive circle.
Most importantly, take time for yourself. Isolate yourself with your thoughts, give yourself space to reflect, and reconnect with the parts of your personality that once felt lost. There's a unique reward in making genuine connections, finding yourself in unfamiliar places, learning languages, and picking yourself up with confidence.
Helping others in trouble is also a great feeling. But it's equally important to let others move on and make sure they're well-informed about what they might be lacking, while remaining grateful for the genuine support they've received along the way.
On your journey, you'll meet many characters. Some might feel like a superior race; some might be empowered, envious, clueless, or bold enough to take steps no one else dares. Some might try to con you or undermine you, some will welcome you, and others will hold back with their own reservations. Through it all, you must stand firm, align your thoughts, and keep taking steps toward your goals.
When taking time for yourself, don't cut off from those who have been a vital part of your support system. Keep them informed. Share your experiences, challenges, and thoughts you're still working through. It helps.
So, look through life with clarity. Make your own decisions. See how you want your life to unfold. Plan it, iterate through it, get things organized. Identify the resources you need. Figure out which circumstances are essential and what you can let go of. Persevere, and hold on to what is truly significant. Free yourself from the negativity or burdens that are holding you back. Take a deep breath and begin executing your vision, step by step. Things will work out.
Be the person you look up to—because the journey itself is beautiful.
